About Tellyro Blog
Tellyro Blog is where we explain the problems people ask us about: apps that will not load, black screens, login errors, guide times that are wrong, and other things that go wrong on Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV and smart TVs.
It is made by the team behind Tellyro, which is a separate website. This blog does not replace it.
How a guide is written#
- We start from a real question people ask.
- We check the steps against official help pages from the device or app maker, and we link them at the bottom of the guide.
- We put the answer near the top, then the numbered steps, then what to try if they do not work.
- We warn you before any step that signs you out or deletes settings.
- Each guide says how it was verified: checked against the official documentation we link, tested on a real device, or both. We say a guide was tested only when it was.
- Every guide shows when it was last updated. We only change that date when the content really changes.
AI help#
Some guides are drafted with the help of an AI writing tool. When that happens, the guide says so in a "How this guide was made" note at the bottom. The same rules apply: the steps are checked against the official pages we link before the guide is published. Guides are published by the Tellyro Editorial Team. That byline names the publisher. It does not mean a guide was reviewed by an outside expert, and a guide only says it was tested on a device if it was.
What we do not do#
- We only say a step was tested when it was, and we name the device.
- We do not suggest a factory reset before the smaller checks.
- We do not copy other websites.
Corrections#
If a menu name or step in a guide is wrong for your device, please tell us. Say which guide, which device and which software version you have, and we will check it and fix the guide.
