Privacy
This page explains what happens to your information on Tellyro Blog (tellyro.blog). Tellyro Blog is run by Tellyro, the team behind tellyro.com. You can reach us through the contact page.
If you join the waitlist or the email list#
- What we save: your email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and the version of the sign-up wording you saw.
- Why: to send you one email when the blog launches and, if you stay on the list, an email when we publish a new guide. We do not use your address for anything else and we do not sell or share it.
- Spam protection: to stop automated abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address together with the time of the attempt. We cannot turn it back into your IP address. These records are deleted after 24 hours.
- Where it is stored: in a database at Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a note that the address is unsubscribed so that it is not added again by mistake.
- Unsubscribing: every email will have an unsubscribe link. You can also message us from the contact page and ask us to delete your address.
Browsing the site#
- We do not set cookies and we do not show ads.
- Your browser's local storage keeps two small notes on your own device: whether you joined the list and whether you closed the sign-up pop-up (we remember that for 30 days so it does not keep appearing). These notes are not sent to us.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site.
- If we turn on visitor statistics, we will use a tool that does not use cookies, and we will update this page first.
- If the sign-up form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare processes some browser information to decide whether you are a person. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
Your choices#
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us through the contact page from the address you want us to look up.
Changes#
If we change how we use your information, we will change this page and its date.
